We’re flexible when it comes to catering—you’re welcome to bring in the caterer of your choice, including food trucks. The venue provides electricity and water to support catering needs, making it easy for your team (or favorite truck) to serve guests. We’re happy to work with you to create a setup that fits your vision.

Are restrooms available at the venue?

Restroom rentals are coordinated through the venue to ensure your event has clean, well-maintained facilities. We’ll help arrange the appropriate number and style of restrooms based on your guest count and event needs.

Is there tent/RV camping space?

Yes! We offer 6 full RV hookups on-site, and there’s also designated space available for tent camping. This makes it easy for guests who’d like to stay close to the celebration.

How much parking is available?

Yes, we have on-site parking available, though spaces are limited. We encourage carpooling whenever possible to make the most of the parking area. For larger groups, arranging shuttle service is also a great option.

Is there a bridal suite?

We do not have a traditional bridal suite on-site. However, each wedding package includes an RV hookup spot, giving you the option to bring a trailer, camper, or RV to use as a private getting-ready space. Many couples enjoy the convenience of having their own comfortable retreat just steps away from the celebration.

Do we need to provide event insurance?

Yes, we require couples to provide their own event insurance for the wedding. Don’t worry—this is a quick and simple process, and we’ll provide you with a trusted contact who can help set it up.

What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

Our venue is designed to keep your celebration comfortable rain or shine. The barn provides a spacious indoor area for both the ceremony and reception, and heaters are available to keep everyone warm during cooler months. Whether you’re dreaming of an outdoor ceremony or a cozy indoor gathering, we’ll work with you to make sure your day goes smoothly—no matter the weather.

Is there a quiet or curfew time at the venue?

Yes. Since the venue is located on the owners’ private property, we ask that all celebrations wind down by 10:00 PM. This helps keep the neighborhood peaceful and ensures a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone.

Can we serve alcohol at the venue?

Yes! The venue allows beer and wine only—no hard liquor. We encourage responsible consumption and can provide guidance on permits or service options if needed.

Q: Is the venue ADA accessible?
